Through our technology platforms, R.T.S. has access to over 20 car rental vendors, covering 28,000 rental locations, providing access to 21 million rates worldwide. If a client has a corporate/ negotiated rate with a car rental firm then these would be built into the client’s personal profile system and adhered to at the time of inquiry.

Customer relation management: CRM system

R.T.S. Provides a CRM system for all of our Business travelers and VIPs containing their frequent flyer numbers with their  preferred airlines, their special requests like (seat selection or special meals requests) and also their travel dates and cost history. All their data is inserted into a system (CRM), to be ready upon use or request by their management .
